Staff Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design/implementation of large-scale recommendation systems.
• Build context layer and signals for agentic experiences.
• Own recommender initiatives end-to-end from framing to deployment.
• Develop evaluation/feedback loops for quality and impact.
• Apply retrieval, ranking, embeddings, personalization.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis with validation and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building/deploying large-scale ML systems.
• Degree in CS/Math or related field, or equivalent experience.
• End-to-end ML ownership from framing to deployment.
• Deep understanding of recommender architectures.
• Staff-level leadership as a hands-on IC.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and AI tooling.
