Staff Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead with technical depth – own end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to release.
• Own Partner integration AI/ML layer – architect real-time ML for DFM AI + IQE with Teamcenter.
• Build for scale – develop cloud-based systems powering real-time ML endpoints and MLOps.
• Solve ambiguous problems – navigate cross-domain challenges and deliver solutions meeting goals.
• Set the Standard – own multi-quarter roadmaps and new processes to achieve key objectives.
• Champion quality and security – automated testing, parallel and distributed computing, secure ML software.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in STEM plus 6–8 years delivering production ML systems.
• Deep ML/AI expertise incl gradient boosting, deep learning, or generative AI.
• Hands-on experience deploying real-time ML at scale in the cloud (AWS preferred).
• Strong Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures and algorithms.
• MLOps experience: monitoring, drift detection, automated retraining.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, TDD, and Terraform.
• Experience with transformers/LLMs or generative AI.
