Staff Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, scale, build, evaluate, and refine reward signals for recommendations
• Promote best practices of ML systems development, testing, evaluation
• Lead cross-team collaboration to integrate and A/B test signals across PZN systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML background; apply theory to real-world apps; stats and optimization
• Production ML at scale in Java/Scala/Python; PyTorch, Ray, HuggingFace
• Experience with Beam/Spark and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
• Agile, data-driven, reliable, experimentation mindset
