- Set up and manage internal materials test lab and procedures.

- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and certification teams to meet requirements.
- Analyze test data; support failure investigations and corrective actions.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Materials Science, Chemical Eng, or Mechanical Eng; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in aerospace or EV materials and process engineering.
- Hands-on experience operating mechanical test equipment and managing qualification programs.
- Strong understanding of FAA material qualification requirements under 14 CFR Part 23.
- Familiarity with composite manufacturing, adhesive bonding testing, and resins.
- Knowledge of standards including ASTM, MIL, and FAA Advisory Circulars.
