🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical, Optical, Mechanical, or Aerospace engineering
- 7+ years in laser communications, optical systems, or spacecraft communications
- Proven ability to take complex systems from concept through qualification, integration, and deployment
- Hands-on electromechanical prototyping: optics, electronics, gimbals, mounts
- Deep understanding of optical communications subsystems: PAT; modems; photonic hardware
- Excellent communication skills to synthesize details and drive cross-team decisions
