  • IT administrative and Tier 1 support to users
  • Serve as liaison between HQ staff and NGEN management (CTR)
  • Validate NMCI/NGEN inventories and services
  • Process MAC requests, CLINs, and task orders
  • Coordinate NMCI equipment refresh with ISSOs
  • Coordinate NMCI network upgrades with NMCI team leads

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years NMCI/NGEN experience with NMCI/NGEN CLINs/services
  • 2+ years Tier 1 or higher customer support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and self-motivated IT team member
  • Active Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ certification
