- MacOS fleet management at scale with MDM tooling and device compliance.
- Enterprise Google Workspace administration; Jira/Confluence admin.
- APIs, scripting, and workflow platforms (Zapier, BlinkOps) automation.
- IT/SaaS budgeting, vendor contracts, license optimization; SOC 2/ISO familiarity.
