- Security, Compliance & Networking: IAM, VPCs, encryption; SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST.
- Data & Emerging Tech: Data platforms and pipelines in cloud; ML/AI infra cost awareness.
- Leadership & Influence: Set direction, lead multi-team initiatives, mentor engineers, strong communication.
