Design and own the technical quality bar and architectural standards.
Build platforms and AI-enabled systems for multiple teams.
Identify and accelerate delivery across engineering.
Partner with executives to shape and communicate tech/AI strategy.
Set organization-wide standards for identity, network, secrets, and vulnerability management.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years building complex cloud solutions on AWS.
Proficient with Terraform and AWS CLI/API.
Datadog and CloudWatch monitoring and log aggregation.
Strong SQL and NoSQL data systems knowledge.
Experience in security/compliance environments (SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
Comfortable with on-call and 24/7 availability.
