Develop predictive reliability models; predict failure rates across climates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, systems, safety, and manufacturing.
Base salary range: $181,000 - $262,000 per year.

Extensive sensor validation experience; cameras or lidars.
Physics of Failure expertise for electronics/optoelectronics.
Reliability test design; test flows for shock, vibration, thermal.
Technical data analysis; analyze sensor performance data.
Mass production background; reliability of mass-produced assemblies and vendor feedback.
