Staff Global Supply Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute global supply chain strategy for plastic parts in iron-air systems.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing from supplier development to pricing and contracts.
• Lead as the commercial contact with new and existing plastic parts suppliers.
• Define and execute plastic parts sourcing with leadership, supply chain, and engineering.
• Monitor market conditions; evaluate supplier capacity, roadmaps, and demand.
• Travel up to 25% to visit suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or engineering; 5 years of related procurement/supply chain experience.
• 5 years market research and supplier identification.
• 5 years supplier evaluation and auditing.
• 5 years negotiating commercial terms and contracts.
• 5 years should-cost analysis for in-house and outsourced components.
