Staff Full Stack Engineer, GTM Systems

📋 Description

• Build AI-native tools to accelerate Upside's GTM motion
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate workflows into scalable solutions
• Own systems end-to-end across the stack: frontend to backend and AI orchestration
• Improve reliability, performance, and reduce manual work
• Strong understanding of prompt design and engineering for AI systems
• Document design decisions, tradeoffs, and align stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering; React/TypeScript + backend/database
• AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and quality
• Experience building apps/systems leveraging LLMs, AI APIs, or modern AI frameworks
• Experience designing and owning internal platforms or operational systems end-to-end
• Familiarity with deployment/infrastructure platforms (Supabase, Vercel, or similar)
• Strong ability to translate business workflows into well-architected tech solutions
