Staff Full-Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and build automation tooling to reduce manual effort in insight generation and delivery.
• Design data pipelines that process unstructured data (session recordings, chat logs, signals).
• Build self-service tooling for cross-functional teams to access and deliver insights.
• Develop monitoring and observability to ensure insight quality and pipeline reliability.
• Collaborate on enterprise-grade experiences for Performance Intelligence: SPA frontend (Ember, Lit) and backend services (Ruby, Elixir).
• Build robust APIs and interfaces that surface Intelligence Layer capabilities across multiple touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years relevant experience, including startup/high-growth environment.
• Strong software engineering practices: coding, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation.
• Backend: Ruby and Elixir; Python/Node/Go valued.
• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3; modern frameworks.
• Experience building data pipelines, ETL, or large-scale data processing.
• Comfort working with structured and unstructured data.
