Own parts of Contacts stack end-to-end from design to rollout.
Evolve architecture to scalable, multi-tenant system.
Lead cross-cutting initiatives with Product, Design, and Eng teams.
Mentor engineers and codify testing, observability, and readiness.
Collaborate with PMs/designers to translate customer problems into pragmatic solutions.
Define MVP scopes, instrumentation, and learning loops to move fast safely.

🎯 Requirements

8-10+ years building backend or full-stack SaaS systems (Staff level+).
Proven track record leading 0–1 products through maturity.
Strong in distributed systems, data modeling, API design.
Fluency in at least one stack: Go, TypeScript/Node, React.
Cloud infra (GCP or similar), Kubernetes, PostgreSQL.
Testing discipline, observability, and performance tuning.
