🎯 Requirements
- Lead frontend technical direction and architecture decisions at staff level
- Strong Vue.js and modern JavaScript, including state management and performance
- Hands-on experience with TipTap/ProseMirror (or Slate) and GraphQL APIs
- Accessibility standards and testing; cross-browser and assistive tech
- Experience shipping features with Product, UX, Security, and backend partners
- Mentor engineers; code reviews; help teams break down complex problems
