Staff Frontend Engineer, SPO

📋 Description

• Architect core UI components and shared libraries for SPO.
• Partner with design/product for campaign setup, reporting, and ad design.
• Develop and optimize React and GraphQL integrations for low-latency tools.
• Translate data and modeling outputs into clear provider insights.
• Drive frontend architecture and set standards via design docs and reviews.
• Mentor engineers on frontend practices and reusable UI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record owning and scaling complex, data-heavy user-facing platforms.
• Deep expertise with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, incl. performance and state management.
• Experience building shared UI systems or design systems emphasizing reusability and accessibility.
• Strong experience with GraphQL APIs (ideally with C#) and client-server design.
• Familiarity with ads platforms or reporting systems.
• Strong communication across engineering, product, design, and data.
