Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large scale frontend apps across web and mobile
Build and evolve high performance React and React Native applications
Define and enforce frontend best practices, including performance and accessibility
Develop shared component libraries, design systems, to improve team velocity
Drive improvements in application performance, reliability, and user experience
Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive features

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of frontend software engineering
Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
Experience with React Native
Experience architecting and scaling frontend applications
Strong understanding of performance optimization and state management
Familiarity with REST and GraphQL
