Ongoing onboarding of strategic customer segments and ad hoc requests
Mentor, coach and train fellow FAMs on enablement
Form and maintain strong strategic relationships across customer personas; leadership with senior mgmt
Communicate value and monitor KPIs; conduct executive business reviews
Be the CS ambassador for product, engineering and GTM; cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

7+ years consulting on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
7+ years in a CSM/FinOps or related role
Ability to execute in a high velocity B2B SaaS environment
Positive attitude with passion for growing, coaching others, and feedback
Highly collaborative, ability to create lasting partnerships with R&D and GTM
Ability to train and mentor others
