🎯 Requirements
- BS/MS in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience developing loads analysis processes for air vehicles
- Structural analysis/test knowledge: strength, stability, fatigue
- Python and/or Matlab scripting proficiency
- Familiarity with software development best practices and version control
- Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Team and solo work capability
- Experience in fast-paced design environments
