Staff Experience Designer - Meals and Health

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end briefs for meals and health experiences.
• Drive personalized meal planning, nutrition, and allergy flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng, Marketing, Brand, Data Science, Research.
• Define journeys, beats, and jobs-to-be-done frameworks.
• Use AI-assisted prototyping to generate flows aligned with the design system.
• Mentor teams to think in journeys and emotions, not just screens.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in consumer-facing digital product design
• Fluent in UX/Product, content, visual design, and research
• Strong cross-stakeholder collaboration and storytelling
• Lead multiple design disciplines through briefs and launches
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Figma
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code
• Experience designing marketplaces, ecommerce, grocery, or subscriptions
