  • Engage with customers on escalated issues; participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
  • Interface with Engineering to assist testing and troubleshooting.
  • Reproduce customer issues and provide feedback to Engineering and Operations.
  • Create entries in the support DB to document incidents not in KB.
  • Understand product direction and customer use-cases; provide input on product changes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years as a Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer for networking or web security.
  • Practical knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Experience troubleshooting network issues with Ping, Traceroute, and MTR.
  • Hands-on with SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF, Firewall, Switching, SSL, SWG, VPN, and VDN.
  • Working knowledge of Ubuntu and Python.
  • Demonstrated experience with Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) or similar cloud security platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting for automation and reproducing complex customer environments.
