🎯 Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
Leading initiatives across multiple teams to influence tech roadmap.
Collaborates across teams and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Experience mentoring and developing engineers and peers.
Expertise with Temporal, Cadence, or other workflow orchestration systems.
Expertise tackling complex distributed systems at scale.
