📋 Description

• Drive design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in Kotlin.
• Own and evolve service architecture, APIs, and data models for a financial domain.
• Build and maintain integrations with external providers enabling treasury capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes and lead cross-team initiatives.
• Set technical direction for key parts of the Treasury backend.
• Analyze performance and improve reliability and scalability.

• Observability and ownership of production systems (monitoring, alerts, incident response).
• Distributed systems fundamentals (async workflows, idempotency, retries).
• API design with clear service boundaries and external integrations.
• Data modelling and safe, evolving schemas.
• Strong testing practices and a high quality mindset.
