🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field (or equivalent).
- 9+ years in Software or Infrastructure Engineering, senior IC.
- Deep Kubernetes internals; CNCF tools (Crossplane, Argo, Kubecost/OpenCost; GitOps).
- Experience migrating workloads between on-prem and cloud (AWS, GCP, others).
- IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and observability stack (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- AI-driven operations with LLMs; influence roadmaps and mentor staff.
