Improve developer productivity with internal tooling and libraries

🎯 Requirements

9+ years of software engineering for distributed systems or backend services
Hands-on design, optimization, and scaling of data-intensive backends
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, observability
Experience using AI-assisted engineering workflows to boost SDLC productivity
Experience operating high-scale systems with focus on performance and reliability
