Productionize AI/ML capabilities from prototype to production with reliability.
Architect data pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data for AI features.
Set AI engineering standards across the Innovation team, including model serving patterns.
Ensure models are production-ready from the start.
Evaluate AI tooling (LLM APIs, vector DBs, orchestration) and build-vs-buy decisions.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience with increasing scope.
Proven experience productionizing ML/AI models at scale.
Deep data pipeline expertise with ingestion, transformation, and serving.
Strong cloud-native architecture skills; AWS including Lambda, Batch, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock.
Full-stack: backend (Java/Spring Boot), APIs, and frontend awareness.
Experience enabling other teams via platform infrastructure work.
