- Strong architectural understanding of data platforms, backend, cloud-native infra.
- Experience leading 0-to-1 product development from exploration to PoC.
- Familiarity with observability tools (APM, tracing, OpenTelemetry, errors).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
