📋 Description

• Drive design and evolution of GenAI Core platform AI infra.
• Own APIs, contracts, and service architecture for reliability.
• Set tech direction for LLM routing, budgets, and observability.
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives and partner with product teams.
• Raise engineering bar via reviews, incidents, and safe change.
• Contribute hands-on coding for meaningful portions.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend systems design with reliability and observability.
• Building/operating a shared platform used by multiple teams.
• Distributed systems fundamentals: async, idempotency, consistency.
• API design, clear service boundaries, and external integrations.
• Observability and production ownership: monitoring, alerts, post-mortems.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with LLM APIs in production.
