Staff Engineer, Full Stack

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end features across backend services, microservices, and AI pipelines.
• Build and maintain scalable Ruby/Rails, TS/Node, Python services and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to define requirements and deliver features.
• Work on AI Agents and AI-enabled tools; adapt to evolving tech.
• Identify and drive architecture, process, and toolchain improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as technical lead for complex projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building web services or full-stack apps
• Strong hands-on Ruby/Rails, TypeScript/Node, Python backends
• Deep API, PostgreSQL, and performance tuning knowledge
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term technical investments
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
• Some knowledge of AI/ML is desired but not required
• Experience with AI-driven toolchains (Langchain/Langgraph) is desirable
