🎯 Requirements

8+ years of software dev with JVM languages; Spring
Kafka and Debezium CDC experience
Relational data modeling and SQL DBs (Postgres, MySQL)
Exposure to JavaScript and React
Mentor engineers; code reviews and best practices
Strong communication and collaboration with product leadership
