🎯 Requirements
- Extensive experience building and scaling large-scale distributed backend/infrastructure.
- Strong programming in Java, Python, and/or Scala.
- Experience with AI/LLMs at scale; understand quality and cost trade-offs.
- Able to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and shape technical direction.
- Excellent communication across engineering, product, and leadership; lead multi-team initiatives.
- Exposure to search infrastructure, recommendation systems, or audio processing is a plus.
