🎯 Requirements

8+ years building distributed systems, cloud services at scale
Experience with Python, Go, and Java
Proven ability to design, test, and optimize distributed software
Led 15-20 engineers on distributed systems infrastructure projects
Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset
Bonus: containerization/Kubernetes and AI frameworks/tools
