🎯 Requirements

  • At least 10 years in Employee Relations.
  • Strategic partner with managers up to Senior Director level.
  • Investigations of sensitive workplace concerns.
  • Advise and coach managers on complex employee issues.
  • Experience with Works Councils in Europe.
  • Bachelor's degree required; law or labor relations degree desired.
