- Consult with managers and HR generalists to address complex performance concerns.
- Conduct investigations: gather facts, apply policies and laws to findings.
- Partner with Employment Legal, Compliance and internal investigators as needed.
- Prepare investigation reports, track cases, and draft disciplinary docs.
- Partner with People Partners to manage investigations and disciplinary issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with European Works Councils and Employee Representatives.
π― Requirements
- Extensive Employee Relations experience across multiple European countries.
- Ability to multi-task, manage ambiguity, influence decisions and work collaboratively.
- Proven skill advising and coaching managers on complex employee issues.
- Direct experience conducting corporate investigations of sensitive workplace concerns.
- Coordinate internal resources for emerging issues.
- Experience with Works Councils/Employee Representative Bodies in Europe.
- Bachelor's degree required; law or labor relations degree desired.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
