πŸ“‹ Description

  • Consult with managers and HR generalists to address complex performance concerns.
  • Conduct investigations: gather facts, apply policies and laws to findings.
  • Partner with Employment Legal, Compliance and internal investigators as needed.
  • Prepare investigation reports, track cases, and draft disciplinary docs.
  • Partner with People Partners to manage investigations and disciplinary issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with European Works Councils and Employee Representatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive Employee Relations experience across multiple European countries.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage ambiguity, influence decisions and work collaboratively.
  • Proven skill advising and coaching managers on complex employee issues.
  • Direct experience conducting corporate investigations of sensitive workplace concerns.
  • Coordinate internal resources for emerging issues.
  • Experience with Works Councils/Employee Representative Bodies in Europe.
  • Bachelor's degree required; law or labor relations degree desired.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
