• Partner with leaders as strategic advisor on employee relations.
• Lead end-to-end workplace investigations and reporting.
• Guide managers on performance management and PIPs.

• Collaborate with People Partners, Employment Legal, and Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; law or labor relations degree desired.
• 8+ years in Employee Relations with strategic partnership.
• Ability to multi-task, handle ambiguity, influence decisions.
• Proficiency in advising and coaching on performance management.
• Minimum 5 years investigating sensitive workplace concerns.
