Passion for embedded C++17 in constrained environments
Strong test-forward design; layered testing approaches
Linux-based development with gtest, Python, Bazel, Docker
Experience with device drivers and IPC; safe concurrent programming
Excellent communication and soft leadership skills
Willingness to learn and improve internal software technologies
