- Cost modeling and multi-physics sims (thermal/CFD/structural).
- Strong mechanical/electrical fundamentals, GD&T, and first principles.
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing, tight tolerances, DFM/DFA.
- Solid understanding of power distribution and protection devices.
- Creepage/clearance analysis per IEC/UL standards.
- Model resistive losses; perform current density analysis for busbars.
