Staff Electrical Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and implement ATE test solutions for Lightmatter's Silicon Photonics products
• Pre-silicon: understand product features, develop test plans, highlight coverage gaps.
• Collaborate with Product Dev, DFT and design to debug failures and align with simulations.
• Collaborate with OSAT/test vendors to develop ATE test software and hardware.
• Work with manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage, capacity, and reduce costs.
• Lead wafer and package manufacturing activities with foundry and assembly houses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of ATE test development using Advantest V93000 or Teradyne.
• Proficient in Python or Java.
• Experience maintaining and releasing ATE test programs to OSAT.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
