🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of system-level electrical design experience
- Schematic design with Cadence, Mentor, or Altium (Altium preferred)
- VRMs, high-speed SERDES, CPUs; PCIe, Ethernet, QSPI, I2C
- 5+ years lab experimentation and cross-functional integration leadership
- Experience with thermal solutions for ICs and board-level systems
- Familiar with PLM tools (Oracle Agile, Arena, Omnify) for BOM/ECO
