Design reliable systems with durability, availability, DR, and performance.
Define, monitor, and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs; set up alerts and dashboards.
Develop and evolve CI/CD workflows; automate tasks across the full SDLC.
Mentor engineers and promote best practices including TDD and automated tests.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to solve cross-functional challenges.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure with large-scale projects.
Cloud-native: Kubernetes, ECS, and Terraform.
Monitoring/observability: Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry (OTEL).
CI/CD: Jenkins and GitHub; automation pipelines.
Deep AWS networking, security, and infrastructure concepts.
Scripting/Automation: Python, Bash, or Go.
Excellent communication and independent leadership with strong problem-solving.
