🎯 Requirements

Senior or staff-level software development experience.
Growth engineering or experimentation-driven background.
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Data, Marketing.
Hands-on depth to review code, prototype, and guide architecture.
Comfort with AI tools and curiosity about responsible AI.
Experience with Ruby on Rails or React is helpful but not required.
