Lead PCBA manufacturing strategy for eVTOL from prototype to mass production.
Qualify and verify manufacturing partners for quick-turn prototypes and high-volume manufacturing.
Develop and maintain DFM standards for rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCB designs.
Provide expert DFM guidance by reviewing PCBA designs and optimizing manufacturability.
Drive process excellence at subcontractor sites with procedures and quality standards.
Conduct DoE-based material research to identify optimal materials for eVTOL.

🎯 Requirements

BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Science with 10+ years; MS 6+ years acceptable.
DFM for rigid/flex/rigid-flex PCBA in aerospace/auto/industrial.
Experience developing press-fit processes.
Materials knowledge for PCBA manufacturing.
IPC-610 knowledge.
Willingness to travel ~20% and work with subcontractors.
