- Deep DB internals knowledge: MVCC, WAL, vacuuming, InnoDB locking.
- Hands-on data modeling, partitioning, and IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Advanced performance diagnostics: EXPLAIN ANALYZE, pg_stat_statements, Performance Insights.
- Experience with Kafka and DB ops in Kubernetes.
