🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in data science or analytics; 3-5 years in staff roles.
• Strong background with complex operational systems (transfers, payments, risk).
• Expert SQL with joins, window functions, and optimization.
• Excellent Python for analysis, modeling, and production workflows.
• Hands-on ML and operations research techniques (optimization, segmentation).
• Strong communication; ability to present complex results to non-technical stakeholders.
