Staff Data Scientist, Product (Crypto)

📋 Description

• Partner with product managers to identify onchain finance opportunities (DeFi, perpetuals)
• Design and evaluate experiments to inform product decisions with clear success metrics
• Analyze onchain data and build datasets for smart contract indexing and insights
• Develop models to assess DeFi protocols, lending and market behavior
• Communicate findings to engineering, finance, and design to support product development

🎯 Requirements

• You have 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
• You have strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling
• You have experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions
• You have domain knowledge in crypto, including onchain data and DeFi ecosystems
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners
