Staff Data Scientist, Marketing

📋 Description

• Architect and lead the Marketing Data Science roadmap, including MMM and related engines.
• Set the technical bar for modeling quality, pipelines, and scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to embed DS into business strategy.
• Mentor data scientists; guide modeling choices and ML Ops practices.
• Develop and standardize MLOps tooling for production deployment and monitoring.
• Research and prototype state-of-the-art marketing models and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in math, statistics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years DS experience; 2+ years as tech lead/mentor.
• 4+ years partnering with Marketing on models (MMM, LTV, MTA).
• Expert in advanced statistics, causal inference, experimental design.
• Proven track record deploying scalable production ML solutions.
• Tech stack: SQL, Python; MLFlow; R; Spark/Redshift.
• Curiosity for AI tools; willingness to learn and apply.
