π― Requirements
- 7+ years in data science/analytics with at least 3 years in Marketing/Sales/Revenue
- Navigate ambiguous data environments; startup exp preferred
- Familiar with CRMs (Salesforce), marketing platforms, and CAC/Opps terminology
- Modeling across MMM, LTV, Lead Scoring, Attribution, Segmentation
- Strong technical: SQL, Python or R, ELT/ETL, OLAP (Snowflake), dbt, BI tools (Tableau/Hex), A/B testing and lift
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence
- Bonus: Healthcare or startup experience
- Passion for mission-driven mental health/healthcare to improve outcomes
- Note: NYC-area commuters onsite 4 days/week
