Staff Data Scientist, Funnel Analytics & Optimization

📋 Description

• Analyze end-to-end funnel performance across stages to identify conversion trends.
• Design analytics frameworks, metrics, and dashboards to monitor funnel health.
• Identify attrition causes at each funnel stage using quantitative analysis.
• Partner with Ops, Underwriting, and Product to reduce friction and improve completion.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B testing and experiments.
• Develop segmentation/behavioral analyses to identify high-risk groups.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years analytics/data science experience in fintech or data-driven environments.
• 3+ years analyzing customer funnels, conversion metrics, or operational workflows.
• Experience partnering with operations/frontline teams to translate analytics into execution.
• Experience supporting experimentation, measurement, and production monitoring.
• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, finance, or related field.
