🎯 Requirements

10+ years of data science experience or equivalent in a quantitative field.
B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Economics, OR, Eng).
Experience with modern causal inference techniques.
Lead org-wide initiatives across teams or influence tech roadmap.
Collaborate across teams to drive business outcomes.
Balance execution with research, depth, and scalable design.
