📋 Description

• Lead design/delivery of production ML solutions embedding Xometry AI into Siemens Designcenter.
• Shift tech from services to SaaS; enable real-time AI feedback in Siemens.
• Embed AI engines for DFM and IQE into Siemens Designcenter and Teamcenter for real-time pricing.
• Hybrid role: 3 days/week in North Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA offices.
• Own the 12-month science roadmap for Siemens partnership bridging Phases 1 and 2.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data science/ML; 5-6+ with a Master’s; PhD+ 3-4 years.
• Python and SQL expert; Geometric Deep Learning or 3D mesh/B-Rep exp preferred.
• Proven cross-functional delivery for high-value external partnerships.
• Translate manufacturing physics to pricing and DFM outcomes.
• Strong communication translating trade-offs to executives and engineers.
